Reporting centre for the "Whistleblower Directive"

People who have obtained information about offences in the course of their professional activities and report them deserve special protection. The Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) was passed for this purpose, and companies above a certain size are obliged to set up a reporting centre for possible reports.

You will find this reporting centre below. The reporting centre serves to protect and promote a transparent and honest working environment. It offers you the opportunity to confidentially and securely report any violations of laws and internal guidelines as well as grievances in the workplace.

How you can report a violation
