Once we have received your application, we will contact you promptly to arrange a telephone appointment for a short interview. Of course, you can also apply to us if you are currently still in a permanent employment relationship. We assure you that your application will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. However, if you would like to find out about the current status of your application in advance, you will find the contact person for this on the relevant job advertisement. Onboarding at KGM is organised slightly differently depending on the area to ensure that you get up to speed quickly. It is important to us that you familiarise yourself with our processes. A member of staff from the relevant department will be on hand at all times to help you with any questions you may have and to help you familiarise yourself with machines, IT processes, systems and test equipment, for example.
In the first two weeks, the focus is on familiarising yourself with the department, team members and work processes. You will also receive training on occupational safety, handling technical equipment, milling machines and cutting machines. After the short familiarisation phase, you will be able to support your colleagues in their daily work independently.
