The technical division at KGM offers exciting challenges for specialists in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and mechatronics.
Alongside developing our custom machines, we frequently build and repair ball production machines in-house.
Our technicians are deeply engaged with cutting-edge topics such as robotics, automation, integrating machines into MES systems, and 3D printing, driving innovation across all departments.
The commercial division at KGM offers a wide range of opportunities, spanning accounting, controlling, and sales.
As part of various digitalization projects—including ERP system upgrades, web shop development, automated warehouse implementation, and process digitalization—this area provides a platform to actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement.
Our short decision-making processes and open communication channels between colleagues, supervisors, and management foster a collaborative environment. At KGM, our doors are open to everyone, creating a space where innovation and teamwork thrive.
The industrial sector at KGM offers all employees with a technical background the opportunity to develop their skills, primarily in the operation of machines and equipment. We support both new and experienced colleagues in acquiring new skills through internal and external training programs.

Onboarding at KGM is organised slightly differently depending on the area to ensure that you get up to speed quickly. It is important to us that you familiarise yourself with our processes. A member of staff from the relevant department will be on hand at all times to help you with any questions you may have and to help you familiarise yourself with machines, IT processes, systems and test equipment, for example.
In the first two weeks, the focus is on familiarising yourself with the department, team members and work processes. You will also receive training on occupational safety, handling technical equipment, milling machines and cutting machines. After the short familiarisation phase, you will be able to support your colleagues in their daily work independently.
